PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES AND PRICING

HAGGERTY COMPANY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ONLY CHARGES 

THREE FEES:

10%

of monthly rent 

 Your tenant will pay the rent directly to the Haggerty Company every month at which time the 10% fee will be deducted and the remaining rent will be deposited into your bank account.

 

50%

of first month's paid rent
(one time charge)
This one-time on boarding fee is deducted from the first tenant's first month's paid rent. This fee will never be charged again regardless of how many times we re-rent the home.

per inspection

(can be performed twice per year)

Inspector will perform detailed inspections of the property with the tenant twice per year. Inspection report, including notes and photos, will then be forwarded to owner.
WE DO NOT CHARGE FEES FOR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
  • We DO NOT charge maintenance coordination fees
  • We DO NOT charge you management fees while your property is vacant
  • We DO NOT have any start-up fees
  • We DO NOT charge lease renewal fees
  • We DO NOT charge for evictions

Rent pricing evaluation, inspection and preparation of the property for leasing.

Marketing

Hi Res Photos, Video Tour, 3D Virtual Tour and property signage.  Rental property listings are syndicated out to over 30 websites as well as Social Media.

Tenant Screening

Screening of prospective tenants by reviewing credit history, rental history, any criminal history and verifying employment and income

Rent Collection

On-time rent collection and if necessary, the initiation of collection efforts.

Maintenance Services

Coordinating and supervising owner approved property repairs, cleaning and renovations as necessary in a timely and professional manner.

Accounting and Statements

Our rental owner web portals and direct deposit technology make owner statements, documents and payments both paperless and seamless.

Eviction Protection

Serve notices, file for eviction, court representation and coordinating forced move-outs.

Property Inspections

Inspections performed before move in, after move out and during tenant occupancy.

24/7 Owner Online Portal

Anytime access to financials, maintenance history, property inspection reports, documents and tax forms.

HVAC Preventative Maintenance Program

A/C filter subscription service to confirm compliance at no cost to the owner.

Lead Generation

Utilizing the latest technologies in lead generation and customer relationship management, we are always on an active search to find your next tenant instead of just waiting for them to come to us.
